Hello guys, here's the deal: I want to max WILLPOWER, but I don't know where to get these 2 points from, everything else seems important to me, am I missing something? Is something not that important that I don't really need it maxed?

    The 2 points you want for maxing willpower is in dex.
    Dexterity only needs 1 point.
