Need help ranking champs for 6.3 initial run

I'll try to run through 6.3 in the near future, so I need some help with choosing which champs to rank.
Here's my roster:
Rn my first problem is that I don't have very strong bleeders so for 6.3.1 I thought of getting to the path with Colossus (to ramp up Aegon, he's at 4/55/170) because Aegon above 500 combo can take down Medusa by hitting block, but Cable's 15% Buffet is getting in the way.
All help is greatly appreciated!
