I'm not near forming a t5cc but was wondering who I should plan on r3
I currently have the most of skill and science



Edit: Rulk will be going to r2 with the gem next level up need to also save some iso.
I'm on 7.2.1

    I would say that Stealth-suit is worth to rank 3
