Side Quest Skill Wins Not Registering

iPhone 8, latest update, latest game update, Sky WiFi, Giffgaff 4g.
I’ve two accounts, one has completed the side, one has partly. This second account can no longer register any wins.
I’ve used a variety of skill champs vs a variety of enemy. No wins are registering any more. I can’t get the ranks and more importantly, the rings.
Any thoughts?
