Unawakened 6*R2 or another 5*R5?

So who to rank up next?

Ignoring all the **** 6*s I've pulled, my options for 6*R2 (all unawakened) are:
- Cap IW
- CCM
- Venom
- Colossus

5*R5 options include (Sig level in brackets)
- Guardian (160)
- Colossus (160)
- Captain Marvel Movie (30)
- Sunspot
- Stealth Spidey
- Professor X
- Sorcerer Supreme
- Magik (91)
- Killmonger (36)
- Black Widow DO (20)
- Angela
- Omega Red (200)
- Longshot (64)

I also have 5* awakening gems for every class except science, plus over 100 generic 5* sig stones I can drop into a character if needed.

However I don't run suicides and I'm not a huge fan of synergies that require carrying characters on a team that are essentially just baggage.

I'm a casual player with not a lot of time so I do AQ but not AW, monthly Uncollected + side quests. I'd like to focus more on Variants and go for Cavalier which I've been ignoring due to lack of time.

I was thinking Guardian, CMM, or Stealth Spidey for the utility, Sunspot for the big yellow numbers, or Professor X for the synergies with existing roster.

Thoughts?

If you haven’t explore variant 5 and 6, I would R2 Venom.

I always thought OR needs synergies to really shine. Much more difficult to keep his death spores and get big damage without them unless I'm missing something?
