On Whom should I invest my Skill Signature Stones ??

Who is the best and max benefited using skill signature stones.

Personally I like Mole Man since not played much with Aegon but heard he is beast at high sig level. MoleMan also benefits with signature level increasing critical damage. Stealthy and squirrel girl are good too, so not able to make any decision.

I am confused between stealthy, Moleman, squirrel girl and Aegon.
