Skill only based War to go alongside the current War

What do peeps think about a skill based only War to go alongside the current war.
Some ideas.
1. 3 star champs only.
2. No potions boosts or revives.
3. Full diversity in each battlegroup.
4. 5 solo links on each node on each path and you choose how many to keep on or turn turn off. The less you turn off the more points you get for your path,
5. Single player rewards as well as alliance rewards that way the best & most skilled players rise to the top as they keep the most nodes links on their path.

Shout up some ideas if you like the above...

    Only 3 star champs....
    Timers will run out
    Block damage won't be funny
    Bane and random DOT paths will cause depression

    The aim would be to see the skilful players wining things without units
