Time for a server rollback

A server rollback plus compensation for all players is the only way to handle this amount of downtime affecting only Android users. Compensating only Android users isn't fair to the iOS users who are missing out on awards from their alliance events/war and compensating all players the same when only Android players couldn't log in is also clearly unfair. The only way to maintain the integrity of the game is a server rollback to yesterday and compensation for everyone for the problems.
