    Unless those are specific champions you don't have, but have a built up roster every where else go with the mutant skill. BUT if you are newer, and don't have an expansive roster I would go basics, or cosmic tech for the immunities to help in act 5.

    Depends on your roster and content you are targeting. Although basics are suggested anyway.

    Fine , I will Stick with Basics and Cosmic Techs
