    Yeah he is there but his odds are real low so would have to grind 1v1 a lot to get him.

    After I got my 3* I sold the 2* and it took about 45-50 1v1 matches to pull him again. IDK if I'm right, but I think there's better odds of pulling him in the VS crystal than an arena one.
