Which 6* cosmic to use r2 gem

I got a cosmic r2 gem from 7.2 completion. Do I wait for Corvus/venom or just use it on one of these champs. My 5*s for reference too...
I’m tb, all story content explored except act 6. I have v1-4 to do and abyss. Run map 6 & 5 aq, no war and prestige is not a factor.

Plot twist. Just pulled 6* venom. I think I’ll give it to him. Could be forever until I pull Corvus.
