Reclaim Leader Position

I have accidentally promoted an Officer and he is the Leader of Alliance. If that wasn't enough, he is not even active in the alliance and hasn't even played the game for weeks. Hence, he was supposed to be kicked but instead accidentally got promoted. Any suggestions on how to reclaim the leadership position? The alliance is without a leader because the leader hasn't played the game for weeks and we do not know when he will play. I don't even know if he would want to return leadership position. Total mess.

    Send a ticket to support, ask to promote you. If the leader has been away for a while they will do it

    Yes, thanks for the suggestion. I created a ticket and they immediately started to investigate. They found that I was the topmost member of the alliance, been the longest serving member and the new leader wasn't active for weeks. So, they sent me an email that it was done. I am very happy indeed, Team Kabam made my day and gave the right judgement.
    Cheers all around. Team is also happy.
