Who Should I Rank Up

I plan to explore Act 5 and complete Act 6 Chapter 1. I have one Rank 4 and one Rank 5 5-star upgrades available. For Rank 4, candidates are Cable(w/Apoc) or Colossus. For Rank 5 Claire Voyant, Starky or Venom. Which are the two champions that would give me the most benefit in my progression. Thank you everyone in advance for your opinions and your time.

    Quick tip: Get cav before exploring act five. July 4th is coming up and you don't wanna burn units exploring act five when July 4th roles around and you are scrambling to complete 6.1.

    Depends on who you already have. They can all help you with act 5 and act 6.1 but if you have a power control champ maybe spidey isn't your 1st choice (though hes very fun to play overall). And say your power control champ was doom, i'd rather pick Venom over Claire. I have spidey and Venom as 5/65 and I don't regret it but with MD and if you need her utility, Claire might be a better option.
