Alliance chips as xtra reward for grinders

The guys in your alliance that grind and ask for help are the ones helping non-grinders collect alliance chips, by giving them the opportunity to 'help'
Perhaps when they have asked for enough help to max out a helpers limit of 1000, they should get a little bonus themselves. After all without their grinding many would not accumulate any alliance chips.
