Energy Cost

Just wonder if anyone can tell me how much Energy it takes to fully explore Variant 5 and 7 and if there is any info where i can see the total energy cost for specific quests like Lol or Abyss or as stated the Variants. Would be helpfull to know how much energy it takes so i can prepare the units and resources.
