How useful will he be for a player just completed 6.3 and moving towards 6.4 act 7 and Variant exploration and also is he rank 3 worthy for throne breaker my other 6stars are pretty bad

    He is very useful in end game content in all kinds of scenarios. A lot of use in newest 7.2 as well.
    Definitely r3 worthy champion and great unawakened too. Do not hesitate to rank him up, you won't regret it.
