Iceman Buff Idea

So, a bit of backstory: I don't think I've ever gotten as many dislikes as when I said that I didn't think coldsnap immunity was the #1 priority if Iceman ever were to get a buff. To clarify on that, I've previously said that I think he obviously should have been coldsnap immune rather than incinerate immune but that I'd gladly take his current immunity any day of the week since incinerate is so much more prevalent in the game. If you switched those immunities, I think it would be more of a nerf than a buff.
But I figured I should put my money where my mouth is and write up a buff idea to show you what I meant when I said that there are a lot of other things you could do with the champ instead of just giving him another immunity. He still interacts with coldsnap in a different way than he does currently, but he isn't immune to it. Also, he is no longer 100% immune to incinerate because that's just silly for a man-sized popsicle to be.
However, he has a huge chunk of energy resistance to compensate for it. Just don't get hit by a shock.
Additionally, Iceman can reform his Ice Armor 3 seconds faster.
* As long as his Ice Armor is active, Energy-based damage over time effects have a hard time penetrating it and their potency is reduced by 75% for the first 3 seconds of their duration.
* If Iceman would lose more than 5% of his Max Health from a single source, his Ice Armor protects him from the blow, reducing the health loss to 5% before shattering.
* If Iceman would become Stunned while his Ice Armor is active, the Ice Armor negates the effect before shattering.
* Once shattered, Ice Armor takes 15 seconds to reform.
Incinerate:
Every tick of damage grants him a 5% passive Fury Buff that activates on his next Heavy or Special Attack. If his Ice Armor is not active, Iceman can use a Heavy attack to instantly reform it. This Purifies the Incinerate Debuff and any Fury Buffs.
Coldsnap:
Feeding into his mastery over ice and cold, any Coldsnap Debuff on Iceman simply increases his freezing temperature. While active, the air around Iceman grows so cold that opponents cannot Evade his basic attacks. For every Evade they fail, he places a Frostbite charge on them.
Shock:
Electricity wreaks havoc on Iceman's Ice Armor, instantly shattering it and prevents it from reforming as long as the Debuffs remains active. Shock Debuffs also bypass all of his Energy Resistance.
If the opponent has 3 or more Energy Weakness Debuffs on them, Iceman's Special Attacks become Unblockable.
Any active Prowess Buffs on Iceman when he activates his Special 3 are converted into indefinite passive Prowess Buffs. Passive Prowess Buffs grant additional effects to Special Attacks and also increase the damage inflicted by expiring Frostbite charges.
Opponents suffering from Coldsnap cannot Evade attacks.
This attack stores up to 2 Frostbite charges on the opponent.
Any active Prowess Buff on Iceman is consumed in this attack to increase its damage, with each passive Prowess Buff allowing Iceman’s Ice Armor to reform 1 second faster.
If the Ice Armor is active when launching this attack, it gains an additional 9000 Attack Rating. Otherwise, this attack instantly reforms Ice Armor.
