P2099 Users

Astounds

So im in deep contemplation about my next r3 in the Texh class and for some reason I keep staring at p2099 and thinking it might be a really useful rank up. But unfortunately even after his update I haven't really looking much into him simply because I wasn't close to a tech cat, but barring some really bad luck I should be able to rank him up soon. But this post is more so looking for some helpful rotations on him or what some of that utility is after his update. All I've kind of gathered is go into over drive and sp2? That's really the extent of his knowledge, but I'm also not sure if he needs to be duped. Any help would be greatly appreciated from wherever the p2099 users are here.

I have him at r3 just because (well, and because I had 2 tech T5cc and it was between him, red skull or Vulture). Overcharge and SP2 gets you the big damage.
Overcharge+SP3 basically enervates them.
I don’t have him awakened but it’s an automatic power drain+short power lock if opponent reaches 3 bars of power so could be nice to have but not required.

I honestly find him severely underrated. Look at Jason Voorhees video on Punisher 2099.
