Did not receive hand to hand combat shards

I bought the cavalier daily special and did not receive my 6000 hand to hand combat shards today is may 31 and it is supposed to run through may 31 can this please be resolved I spend money on this game regularly I would like compensated but know this is probably going out to deaf ears
