I’m unable to compete in arena(literally)

I’ve submitted a ticket and got no response. I’m trying to grind for mister negative. It’s going on 12 hours yet I have an error message and tried everything but can’t continue.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. I’m locked out of the arena now. And I would imagine I can’t use those champs in the other arena when they refresh either.

Did you by any chance ask them to reverse an awakening or rank up?

The same thing happened to me when I was about to start a quest. Emma Frost was in my team and I accidentally ranked her up and asked them to reverse. She wasn’t in my roster for a little bit and I couldn’t use her but once they finished she was back

No. I was playing arena and accidentally hit view matchup instead of next fight. Then I finished out my matchups for that round. When I finished the round it showed the champs I just used as refreshed. I purposely didn’t choose them(that’s cheating imo) and chose the 3 shown instead. But for some reason got that error message and have been locked out since.

Oof almost have a deathmatch on your hands there according to some people. In all seriousness, try completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I've had my game stuck in a loop like that before albeit not in arena and the full uninstall reinstall fixed it

@DoctorVDoom at the intial arena screen where you choose which one to goto. You should see a little box at top left corner. Click it it will end your current team and restart your arena at streak of 0 and let you back in

Thanks. I forgot about that feature. But seeing as I’m 12 hours in I guess I won’t be grinding for Mr Negative. Wish I thought of that sooner.

Also when I clicked the door to quit it showed my team as massacre doc oc and ronin. Not the cap marvel domino team shown in my pics. So if kabam reads this that may help you fix this with bugs in the future.
