    He sure has his use in the game. However, he simply is overshadowed and his major uses are given as outputs with more effectiveness by other champions. People who love using him, still use him.

    That damage from Rout after ramp-up is not something to sleep about. But tell me, why would want to do a ramp when you can get it from the 1st fight? ( *Looking at CGR*)

    Not suitable for long fights like End game health pools. But for Event quests, yep he have a use in my roster

    Yes, but no.

    You practically need the Guardian synergy to make him viable, and even then the late game is all about niches. Cull does some things well, but he isn't the best at anything.
