It takes buffed war Machine 100 hits or more to get ramped. The only decent utilty that makes him good is his pre fight.
Now there has been a fault in his in game description.
Whereas it should have been stated like this
Clearly says CAN BE USED BY WAR MACHINE OR OTHER TECH CHAMPIONS.
