Corvus Glaive persistent charge question

Does the circled part meaning that CG's persistent charge 3 and 4 doesn't work unless you have wolverine, x-23 or storm (for pc 3) or/and proxima midnight (for pc 4) on the team?

You can get all 4 without other champs on the team. The parts that state additional benefits are synergies that are effected by having those missions completed.

I think what it means is you can still do the missions, but if you have the synergies active then you get the additional noted benefit

You still get both the charges. You just don't get the safeguard against sp2 without wolverine and his true damage doesnt become true strike without proxima.

He just doesn't gain any abilities from these charges, but he still gets the charges and cruelty

No it means the effect they give like proxima it wont change his icon from true damage to true strike and the mutant one dont grant safeguard but u can get all 4 missions still

NO, it just means that you get Safeguard and True Damage in addition to the charges if you have them on your team with CG

No u will get the 2 charges u just wont get the added bonuses as it says so with proxima it wont change to true strike and the other synergy that gives safeguard from mutants wont happen but u will still get 4 cruelty for doing all 4 missions

In lower stars he does not have those missions. Look at colossus and remember how his 1* is still pre-buff and you see all his abilities greyed out until you select 1*, then it’s vice versa

He didn't get nerfed.... you get up to 4 charges, and each charge increases his damage, by a lot!!!!!

You still get the cruelty buff and damage. They are far from meaningless, and Corvus was never touched since his release
