Good morning,
I write to strongly protest the discriminatory treatment you are reserving to 99.99% of your players, that is, all those who have not (or did not want to) visit your stand in NYC, also to avoid being denounced given the insults that surely they would have turned to you for the bad management of the game.

GIFT 2500 units and a crystal 5s to who came to your stand, apart from discriminating, also means giving the game benefits to all other players.

I want to hope you give proper compensation to everyone.

I apologize for my bad English, but with you I already lose too much time for you to be satisfied with Google's automatic translation services, which are far more than the work of your poor developers.

    I don't know whether this is true or not, or what the conditions of it were. As much as I would like the same, it's called PR. Public Relations. They are free to give incentives to people who come and show their support.

    Why is it discriminatory? You could have gotten it? It's called a promotion my man. They people who got this had to beat ultron then spin a wheel and get lucky... u should be happy for them not sitting here complaining.

    Guys the point is: it’s MCOC a USA game? Or you can play all around the world? So why do they always came up with initiatives like this in the USA? This is not correct because they take money from other places too. And that my fellow companions is discrimination.
    P.s: we have comicons also in others nations but we don’t get nothing

    Just because you guys don’t live in New York doesn’t mean you can’t go to the convention.... you’re more than welcomed to buy a ticket, fly to New York, and attend the event.... it’s not kabams fault you’re not willing to do that.

    Because they’re and American/Canadian based company?lol and I’m 100% positive the player base is much bigger in both Canada and America than anywhere else in the world....

    Are you seriously complaining because A FEW players were as lucky as to get the 5* or 2500 units from the wheel of fortune (where most people got a T-shirt)? They went there, spent to get the ticket, and were lucky. This happens every day in the game. Do you want the units? Spend 100$, it’s less expensive than flying there. Do you want the 5*? Buy it with the offers. Again, less expensive than going there. I live in Europe as well, and can’t afford to go to NYCC but I don’t complain if people who got there had a slim chance to get these gifts. It’s not like they decided to give a 5* only to blond people. That would be discriminatory. But if people had been spending money and time to get there and participated to their little game and got lucky they deserved it. You, instead, don’t. Get back to the game and EARN prizes, for once, instead than complaining and asking for freebies

    We are not all American. I'm not American. Where we are from has nothing to do with it. The Convention was in NY. Anyone could attend that chose to and paid their way. It's not discrimination. People had to pay their way to get there, pay admission, and then had to participate and win the Rewards. Comic Con is a major convention that MCOC has been participating in for some time. It's not uncommon for companies to provide incentives and gifts to those that participate and visit them. It doesn't mean they're discriminating agaisnt other Players.

    @GroundedWisdom is right about the PR aspect, I mean also what do we deserve 2500 free units for? They paid to attend and participate in whatever activity was happening there.

    Of course everyone would love a free 2500 units and 90% would be put back into the game on crystals with not much joy, but hey they are free to show love to the fans.

    Personally I could never get there, working, Fiancee working, have a 3 year old son and another due in March... so some of us would just not be able to attend even if we wanted but that isn't anyone's fault.

    Last time I'm sure they gave gifts away through social media channels like Facebook, Twitter etc.

    Anyway I've waffled on there. The point is if we didn't go, we don't deserve anything. Period.
