You mean 7 hit combo? If you are just doing combos and parry with tigra you aren't really playing her right. You want to throw off two special 1s to get your two little blue and orange symbols up as they are going to help your damage and whatnot.
After that you want to be constantly hitting into the opponent because as long as you have a neutralize on them, your abilities won't fall off. You want to intercept with heavy attacks, at the end of heavys or specials, to build up ruptures and that will tick them down. You also want to throw off a special two which will do more damage the more ruptures you have.
Tigra, no question. It's hard to overstate how valuable her ability to shut down enemy buff gain can be. Likewise, her miss mechanic is up there with Quake and Ghost's evade/phase abilities. She's an extremely good character, but also immensely difficult to play. But as far as I'm concerned, she's the closest equivalent the mystic class has to a Quake or a Ghost.
I absolutely love her. I r5'd my 5* mostly for the fun of it since I needed a new mystic champion but felt that all mystic champions kiiiiind of feel the same. Tigra, meanwhile, feels very different. However, I never regretted ranking her up ever since. She's certainly not for every fight, but when she is good she is amazing.
