Monthly quest timer

Today after finishing work I was looking forward to completing my uncollected run. Log in and says I've got 11 hours left so I finished the path I left it at before work and then it was replaced by the new monthly quest!
This happens almost every month Kabam, abide the timer because now I've missed out on 700 6* shards!
