Can the availability toggle in arena change

When the availability toggle is on it includes my champs on cool down I'd prefer to just wait it out and not have to look at it, that's why I have it toggled like that, either do this or make a set of different toggles specifically for arena, I have been asking for this for so long so I'm glad it's here
