BLADE with powerful shield ?

Blade, in cavalier quest, hits his moves at 400% on this terminal, we don't !

with a domino 6r2 Doubled or a sunspot 5r5, I'm probably doing between 4000 and 5000 points per sp... that's way too low.

I tested with Warlock 5r5, I have ticks of 8000 points ....

these are 100% sp hits!!!

Am I the only one who noticed this?

    Don't forget to deal with flux dispersal (each regular hit reduces damage taken by 5% until you throw a heavy), this wil apply to multi combo specials too

    He has flux dispersal which reduces damage

    Flux dispersal, lower shield is working fine for me, ghost hitting her usual 200-300k sp2s on it
