Lack of Communication

Good Morning!
I wanted to take a moment to try to help y'all at Kabam understand why the community as a whole gets so outraged when problems like what is going on with AQ happen. It's not so much the fact that things break. I think we can all agree that bugs happen, things break, and there is no development cycle that will ever be perfect.
The issue is a lack of communication. Within 1 hour you acknowledged you were aware of the problem. That was awesome! However after that we had complete radio silence for the rest of the day. The next piece of communication wasn't until the following day when the only bit of feedback we received was, "You can claim your rewards even though you're in the wrong tier." That wasn't exactly what people wanted to hear.
Your player base would have been much happier hearing something with respect to an update as to your progress on finishing the issue and perhaps what ideas you had come up with as compensation. Right now, we're all in the dark.
Nobody knows if they are going to get their rewards, get compensated, or even get to stay in the same tier for that matter. There's a lot of uncertainty within the community which leads to unrest and discontent.
Please, please, please, for the sake of your game, communicate with the player base better. Telling us you're working on it, then going practically 48 hours without hearing another meaningful update, is just plain awful.
Thanks for listening!

I understand how frustrating this situation can be. Being in the dark on issues can always be just that, however, we don't have the information you're asking for to update you with. We always provide information to the community as we get it and at the moment we don't have more to share. We don't want you to look at the lack of an update as just leaving the community in limbo, that is by no means the case. Once we receive something, we'll add to our updates so that the community can be informed. I'm sorry that there isn't anything else and I'm sorry you have to wait, but rest assured there will be updates.
