The keys can be used in any level of any difficulty right?

So if I use it does it disappear?

Single use any difficulty you get four total across all difficulties so you would be foolish to use one on anything lower than the highest difficulty you are capable of

I was thinking to save the keys till last week but the rewards I am aiming for are not found in the last week's quest (it is but in reduced quantity).
