Ghost hit by Prof. X while phasing

When I start the fight, Ghost is phasing because of her awakened ability, but Prof X can hit me although he doesn't have the vigilance buff (she's a tech champ and he doesn't have 25 channelling charges).

Ghost can be hit be psychic attacks while she is phasing, and all of Professor X’s attacks are psychic
