Mutant to R3 or Hold?

So after finishing up the Gauntlet I picked up a mutant t5cc and then realized I had no clue what I wanted to do with it. Maybe y’all can help!


I’m including my maxed out 5* mutants so you get the full picture. Also worth noting, I have a 6* Mutant Awakening Gem on hand. The three that stick out to me are Magneto, Colossus, and Emma, but I’m open to other options.

    Oh he already is, just low PI unduped. He’s the reason I was able to get through so much of Gauntlet. He may well be my first r4 when the time comes.

    If she held stolen buffs just a little bit longer, I’d really consider her.

    Oh I’m also willing to consider Sabretooth because I have an R3 Killmonger and an R2 (eventually going to R3) Sasquatch.

    I would go with white mags lol, his prefights are amazing and he's not a bad champion himself. Or maybe Rogue for fun, or Bishop or Mr. Sin for defense. R3 Bishop on boss node seems cool lol

    Mags is easy to play and metal slayer but go for omega or colossus. Colossus is a top tier champ with omega emma and jugs on team, maybe someone else also requires

    Mutant awakening gem for colossus mahs or emma? Ok mags deserves it and needs high sigs but definitely should go with apoc or omega. Apoc just gets a juicy regen but omega is ridiculously op with awakened ability

    I don’t run suicides and I don’t have the excess sigs to dump into a mutant rank up, so Omega isn’t too interesting to me outside of his synergy with colossus. But my 5/65 sig 200 Omega already serves that purpose nicely.

    Colossus is a strong option both for the rank up and the gem, but I just know that I’ll pop the gem into somebody and then pull AA and regret it.

    I would lean towards Rogue, started to rank my 5* for Carina’s challenge.. man.. didn’t know I would enjoy her so much! And besides that, it’s kind of cool to rank up a champ which not too many people have! 😁
