Suicide Un-friendly Champs

Who are the characters who just suck with suicides? Not just optimally, but just suck with suicides?

I'm Cavalier and have been doing some Variant stuff, AQ (when it returns), and looking to start pushing 6.2 soon.

I've been getting lucky with some recent 5* pulls, and was wondering if some of them are even worth ranking up.
Examples: Human Torch, Professor X, Void

I've also looked and couldn't really find any recent listings of suicide un-friendly champions.

I know Prof X and Void should ideally be awakened but as I don't plan on removing suicides in the foreseeable future, should I even bother?

Also, if anyone has a list of characters I shouldn't bother ranking up with suicides please let me know.

Yeah, I've read that already. It was pretty much, Void, Prof X, Nick Fury, Hyperion, Sym Supreme, and Night Thrasher.

Is that it?

Though... I did rank 5 my Nick Fury because CMM is my main/strongest character.

You should be open to switch masteries for new/different pieces of content.
For example, torch and void (awakened) are just so useful for so many pieces of content, that it can become useful to not use suicides for that content.
Same goes with other god tier non suicide friendly champs.

Don't get me wrong, suicides can be amazing, just not everywhere.
In some places they are good in others they are a detriment

IMO suicides are for legends runs, clearing content with suicide friendly champions, and arena grinding. Not something I would keep on all the time. If it's deterring you from ranking torch or prof x, I would turn em off. There's a time and a place, but lots of really good champions suffer from em.

I go back and forth between suicides and not. In long Everest level content, I have to use potions for my non suicide friendly champs, but I still use them when needed. I ranked up champs like Omega, Claire and Warlock who are my go to’s for suicides, but I have my Archangel (I don’t really use specials with him but it drains him in long content), Quake (same) and champs like that who I will use for both master setups.

A lot of this depends on resources and units. If you don’t do arena - it’s costly. If you don’t do arena then I would say it’s going to be better to keep them off for the majority of the time.

Have a plan before you do what you need to, and make sure it’s realistic with your account.

I run suicides ALL the time and I have a pretty developed roster, I’ve completed literally all game content including Carina, 7.2 and Gauntlet.

I didn’t take off suicides for any of them.

I have a R3 sig 200 Void, I use him regularly. The trick is to plan your fights and use specials more tactically. I get great use out of Void.

I have a R3 Doom, I use him regularly, just not for a whole path.

I can use Torch just fine, wait for the bleed to expire while you build up your temperature.

The other trick is your masteries. I run 3/3 Coagulate, Willpower, even Salve. Also, I run 3/3 Glass Cannon - this is not mentioned often, but doing this means you don’t leak health from the poison over time. If you run 1/3 Glass Cannon you’ll find your healing falls short of the poison damage.

Going back to the original question, the only champs that really don’t work with suicides are those that require constant SP1 spam. And DDHK.

I keep suicides on all the time, even when I'm going against a Void I just use my double immune. I still use my ranked Doom but either I don't use specials with him or I use him for one fight.
Anybody who is unsuicide friendly is someone that needs to spam sp1 or sp2. The immunities don't matter that much, for example Cap IW is not immune to either but you can still spam heavy sp3 for no recoil damage
I think if you have suicides on, Torch and Doom are fine. Prof X and Void have the potential to be good but that's definitely pushing it.

Yeah he is very friendly with sig. Even without sig he spams sp3 and only needs one sp2 to finish so no recoil.

Ddhk is the most suicide friendly champ by far though

Yeah he is very friendly with sig. Even without sig he spams sp3 and only needs one sp2 to finish so no recoil.

Mine isn’t duped. I typically go s3/s2 to finish instead of building with s1

I switched away from suicides probably about a year and a half ago. I just was getting more and more champs that suicides weren't exactly ideal so i did away with them and haven't looked back. Its been enjoyable to use my whole roster

Mostly just champs that rely on sp1. And DDHK, because Kabam secretly hates him. Probably. Also champs with low-damage utility specials I guess, like OGVision.

If only DDHK got that KP kinda buff too.

Dude professor x doesn't need to be awakened at all ....its just nice bonus...i have him as 6* rank 3 so i can say that for sure...!!! And human torch is definitely "must" have champion

Prof X doesn't need awakening. Where exactly did you learn this?
