Who to rank up?

I have many t4 basic and t1 alpha expiring. Who should I rank up? Any champ from yhe image who will help for Act 5.3 onwards would be appreciated. I will definitely rank them up then.
Ignore Hawkeye and Archangel. And I dont have any awakening gem.
I dont run suicides.
