Who should I rank up?

This is my current roster.I just finished act 5 and trying to expand my 5* and 6* roster.I would normally wait for better champs but I have so many catalysts and iso 8 in my inventory most of them are about to expire.I don’t want them to go to waste.Who should I rank up?

    Havock and Sasquatch. Longshot if u have the resources to r2 him

    Same. HAVOK and Sasquatch. Proxima and Ronin are also underrated. These 4 are my suggestions. Rank them as per your requirements
    But HAVOK is a must rank up.
