Why should I download 1.2 gb again?

The game was deleted by me by mistake and when I checked the app store it showed 1.2 gb again instead of regular 100 gb update, why? Rest assured, but will I have to dkwnload extra 1 gb in-game while signing in?

    Since you deleted it, it will be installing again. You'll have to download it full.
