First Science Champ Rankup for my Account! Help!

Hi there,
Im a cavalie4 for some month, i got a bunch of good champs at 5/65 and enough to rank up in future. But until now, i didnt rank up any science or 6* champ to r2. Im playin with suicides 100%, which is why i dont ranked any science champ until now, but the last drops looked quite good :-)
Ive got the following options:
6* unduped SheHulk
6* unduped Mr Negative
6* unduped Red Guardian
6* unduped CapIW
5* sig 120 Void at r4
5* unduped Human Torch
I'm between shehulk and negative who could carry me through act6 in future. Both are hard to learn/play but i like both of them.
The other Options pretty much die on recoil in normal use.
