7.1 power sting not working

Idk how to or if you can post vids here, but cap was not applying power stings thru parry here happened 5 times and then I just quit out. I could be missing something in the characters kits, but when I restarted same thing was happening against dr strange

    Ohhhhhh I totally forgot abt -100% offensive ability accuracy reduction on glancing. Thanks
