I made a previous post about how i dont like kabam customer support but this recent incident has changed my opinion about them. Now I HATE them. I didn't get my 4 star scarlet witch from the summoner's sigil because i bought it before the reset. I contacted them, they said I should have bought it after reset and I asked them why they even made it available for purchase before reset? They told me that a purchase manager will contact me and he never did. I've had so much more unfair interactions with customer support and i really like the game but the developers are way too irresponsible and incompetent addressing bugs and purchase problems

    Hey @GigaChad420, we don't have access to in-game accounts here in the Forums so are unable to help with issues like this. If our Support Team said they'll get back to you, I recommend being patient in the meantime.

    Our Support Team are always working to make improvements and really appreciate all the feedback they receive. If you would like to share actionable feedback about how they've handled any of your cases, please do so with them directly.
