Could we know who are awakened? CAIW would like to have sigs too. If awakened, mention their sig levels too.

Give it to Hyperion (if you don't have sigs)
OR CAIW/Namor (if you have plenty of sig stone). Personally i would still give it to Hyperion even if i had enough stones to max out the other 2.

i would go with hype. use the generic on him and rank him up. when you have more sig stones for capiw, go him

It's a tough call between Hyperion and CAIW for me. If you can get him to high sig ( Let the minimum be at least 80- 100), CAIW, if not, Hyperion.

So I’d give CAIW the generic and all the stones you can, but I’d then rank up Magik first.

I have no clue what the rest of your roster looks like, but she’s got excellent power control and by the time you can rank up someone else CAIW should have more sigs

You wouldn't need anyone of these to be rank 4 to finish that quest. But yeah, Hyperion probably should be 1st in your case, followed by CAIW and then Magik. I don't know much about Sym supreme. Same about Namor. Cable not unless you have Apoc.

It's not like that, OML is still pretty decent. I would say rank up Hyperion. But if you wish to power lock your opponent to death, and finish them quicker, Magik should be the way to go.
