Ultron is buffed now and it feels that he is doing good damage now. So who should I r5 now? I have not started 5.3 yet. So keep that in mind
Do note that I have only these tech champs as 5 stars. No other options.

    i don't have much experience with any of them, but i know that p2099 is a fun champ to play with who has some uses. overall, i wouldn't r5 any of them, but it's up to you
