It isn't.
By wording on the node is a little weird, but essentially, only critical hits will cause normal damage on the opponent. Non-crit hits deal 0 damage

The node description is that they can only take damage from critical ***hits***. Dot doesn't matta

Yes but the critical part is secondary. It must be a HIT. You must tap or swipe on the screen for it to occur and it also needs to be yellow. Red numbers, dot, heck, even critical diarrhea cannot counter this opponent. Critical hits and nothing else. It makes sense if you just read the node.

No. "Critical bleed" is just the name of the ability, which function is to enhance the damage and add a new variable to it as well
