Summoner's Sigil !!!!

I don't whether it's happening for everyone or just me
Even i don't use Summoner's Sigil I'm getting this score increasing on even though it's not possible to score that high and i thought it's bugg at first but it's appearing everytime i logged into game.
Is this a bugg or any kind or it's been made by KabaM ???

    Buy the sigil see if it fixes it lol

    Its always been like that. If you buy the sigil you get the rewards instantly.
