Arena bug

Decided to do some arena today and saw, that cosmic champs have access to slow after their heavy attack. Did anybody see smth like that?

    Also, some other champs can do the same, that caused probably by offensive tactic “slow your roll”, but I don’t understand, why war tactics are working on the arena
