Alliance Quest inability to join issue

Our alliance barely missed 80 million in the last Alliance Quest after making 80 million in the previous AQ. In this recent AQ many of our members were not able to start when they tried. This cost us points. Kabam has sent an email admitting this inability-to-join issue was their error. Why should our alliance be penalized for Kabam’s error?

Please provide our alliance with the Alliance Quest peak milestone rewards for the 80 million level.

    Thanks for your opinion. We feel differently. Trying to enter AQ and not being able to enter kept people from participating fully.
