Untouchables AW Tactic - Evade AA Increased or Not?

The AW Season 27 announcement post states the Untouchables tactic as increasing Evade Ability Accuracy by +15%. However, the tactic in game doesn't include this clause. Has the AA increase been taken out of the tactic, or is it in effect but the wording missed out?
