The title says it all. Can Guilly 2099 bypass storm x or Cap America IW or antman glancing ability?

    You are thinking of spiked armor. Glancing has nothing to do with if a crit triggers besides the fact that you can’t crit on a glance.

    As far as I know, noone can bypass glancing (unless there is a node or it is able to be AARed)
