Game crashes

Today I've had the game crash multiple times in quest and in arena. Arena being the worst as its now instadeath. When is this going to be sorted you addressed it not long ago saying it was when people was on over an hour at a time. Now it crashes every 20mins or so.

Please give an update on this and stop ignoring it while you rake in the money.
