Help needed for my grandmaster's gauntlet team [no AA, namor, apoc]

I have quake but I'm not good at fighting the newer champs (terrax and spider ham mainly). Doom however is no problem.

I would really like to bring heimdall instead of quake. But I don't know who can counter doom and spider ham/modok. I basically need counters for the whole first path and from then on I think aegon + torch can cover the whole map.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions/remarks? Roster below

the easiest substitution for quake would be unit man. i would highly highly recommend taking quake in and using her, but i do understand if you're struggling to use her. i've seen mags do some fights (doom, vision, etc.) and i've also seen sym supreme cheese against terrax

She's fine on doom but I've been practicing a bit on spider ham in 7.2.6 but his animations straight up suck. Debuff immune i'd prob use 10+ revives I fear.

If I take mags then I have no solution for spider ham. And if I take a counter for spider ham I have no solution for doom. Maybe I should give up on bringing heimdall.
