Missing Entries to the Side Event

For this months side event specifically the Main Floor section I had about 3 entries left to the Epic difficultly. I clicked to enter quest and then it came up with the usual warning. After I pushed continue, instead of taking me into the quest it froze me on the edit team screen. It was frozen, I couldn’t click and there was no sign of any loading taking place. So I restart the game and I find that one of my entries has been lost leaving me with 2 instead of 3?? Anybody else experience this?
